• BUSINESS & TOURIST VISA

B1/B2

For travel purposes such as tourism, vacation, family visits, or short-term stays (e.g., medical treatment, business trips). Proof of non-immigrant intent is required. Employment in the U.S. is strictly prohibited under this visa.

• STUDENT VISA & DEPENDENT OF STUDENT VISA HOLDER

F1 / F2

For full-time study at an accredited U.S. school, university, or language program. Valid for the duration of your studies. After completion, it may grant up to one year of Optional Practical Training (OPT), with the possibility of extending up to three years in certain fields. Maintaining enrollment and full-time student status is mandatory.

• SPECIALTY OCCUPATIONS (WORK VISA) • INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER VISA • EXCHANGE VISITOR VISA

H-1B / L-1 / J-1

H-1B (Specialty Occupations): Requires sponsorship by a U.S. employer.

L-1 (Intra-Company Transfer): For employees of a company abroad transferring to a U.S. branch, office, or subsidiary in a managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge role.

J-1 (Exchange Visitor Program): For cultural exchange programs such as au pair, internships, research, or teaching. A two-year home residency requirement may apply upon program completion.

• PARTNER / FAMILY VISA

K-1 (Fiancé(e) Visa, Non-Immigrant)

For foreign nationals engaged to U.S. citizens. After receiving the visa, the applicant must enter the U.S. and marry within 90 days. Following the marriage, they may apply for a Green Card.

• GREEN CARD

Permanent Resident Card

Permanent Resident Card A Green Card grants the right to live and work in the United States permanently. It is the first and most important step toward U.S. citizenship.
Pathways to a Green Card:

Family-Based: Sponsorship by a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder relative (spouse, child, parent, or sibling).

Employment-Based: Sponsorship by a U.S. employer who can demonstrate the need for a non-U.S. worker.

Diversity Visa (Green Card Lottery – DV Lottery): An annual lottery that grants citizens of certain countries the chance to apply for a Green Card for themselves and their families.
